When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday only, excluding major holidays. Please Note: Cosmetíque is unable to ship to international locations.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders will be shipped Standard Service (delivery within 5-7 business days from ship date) unless Three Day Service is specified. There is a $5.00 additional charge to upgrade to Three Day Service. Please Note: Cosmetíque is unable to ship to international locations.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Representatives by e-mailing customerservice@cosmetique.com or calling 1-800-621-1342, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Central Time). Please include your order number with all inquiries. If your order has not yet shipped, it will be cancelled.
